Nestled along Scenic 98, our condo is within quick walking distance to Pompano Joes and the huge state park beach access! Our location is within a quick drive to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, and other popular entertainment and dining options like Crab Trap, Surf Hut & Camilleâs. Beach access is just across the street â you can be there in minutes! Scenic 98 has a walking/biking path that stretches from end to end and is the perfect place for strolling through the quaint beach areas!

- If you like to snorkel, you will LOVE the artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet straight out from the Pompano Joe's beach access. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. (We advise that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs.) This location is just minutes from our condo and has parking!
- Incredible location within a quick drive or walking distance of all your favorite restaurants and entertainment! Your favorites are so close like Captain Daves, Kenny Dâs, Pompano Joes, Crab Trap, Publix or Walmart for groceries, Silver Sands, Grand Boulevard, and Destin Commons (shopping, dining, movie theatre, Uncle Bucks bowling), The Track, Big Kahunas and so much more â you cannot beat this amazing location!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.

RULES
- Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature. Please complete within 48 hours of booking.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver â should any accidental damage (up to $500) occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! Security deposits are holds to your account and arenât actually charged.
- We offer optional travel insurance post booking to protect your vacation investment â this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM â We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay.
- No third party bookings, parties, smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
*Departure instructions â We donât believe in long chore lists for our guests â you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
