« Don't let the exterior fool you, the interior is renovated and modern. The best linens of our whole trip! Towels were fantastic. Comfy beds too! »

« We had a cute room overlooking the lake. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. We did enjoy the inside pool and hot tub, the outside pool had more people in it so we didn’t make it out. The lake area has a nice walking path around it. We checked in then went looking for food and found nothing open in the hotel, so went into town and found out that most places close their kitchens early. We ended up at Zorba’s which was really good and worth the 10 minute drive. »

« Val and Ken’s place is located on a less traveled part of a very desirable lake near Detroit Lakes. During our stay, we might have seen 6 to 8 other watercraft in the lake near the house. We caught too many fish to count. The kids ranging from teenagers to our 2.5 year old and baby thoroughly enjoyed their stay with many of the older kids claiming it was “under-hyped.” Tons of water toys (paddle boat, kayaks and a canoe) occupied much of their time, and less time was spent on screens and...
