« It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. »

« It sounded like they had been having issues with the hot tub for a while which was frustrating when it was one of the things we look for when booking and I feel there could be some way to report this for Expedia bookings. The water in the shower was warm at best, it never got hot enough for an enjoyable shower and the key cards were temperamental. We also had to “check out” our pool towels and return them.
