Hotel que j ai deja frequenté l'année dernière et tout etait nickel, tres propre et personnel tres gentil et avenant. Cette année la chambre est minuscule a peine 50 cm autour du lit et un couloir d'1m50 sur 70cm. La moquette est toute tachée, le drap house manquait 10cm donc ne tenait pas sur le matelas, pas de menage mais c'est devenu classique aux usa et les serviettes sont changées sur demande. Le pire, des travaux jusqu'a 2h du matin devant ma fenetre, impossible de dormir puis a 6h on perce les mur dans l'hotel ! Une chambre a 300$ la nuit ! Petit déjeuner moins bon que la moyenne. Il est tres mal isolé, plancher en bois surement.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à cet hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Bien que la chambre était un peu plus petite que la normale, le lit était très confortable et la douche vraiment propre et moderne. J'ai eu un problème avec la douche et ils ont réglé le tout immédiatement, donc très bon service. Les employés y sont sympathiques et aidants. À quelque pas de la plage, du boardwalk et proche des arrêts de bus ou trolley. L'emplacement est très bien! Le restaurant joint à l'hôtel offre de succulentes pizzas et le service est excellent. Le petit déjeuner offert est convenable. Deux points négatifs à mon avis : les chaises à la piscine sont vraiment désuètes et inconfortables et seraient à changer. Aussi, il serait bien d'avoir du decaféiné à la journée comme dans plusieurs autres hôtels américains. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!

Hotel tres bien situé a 100m de la plage chambres tres propres et personnel tres gentils et souriants toute la journée dont une hotesse d accueil qui parle francais, pas de parking mais ils ont un accord avec un parking a 50m de l'hotel a 45$ par jour mais c'est le prix a miami beach a prevoir sur le budget. Le petit déjeuner inclus est bien mais classique a tous les hôtels americains, suffisant pour etre rassasié pendant un moment de la journée, le restaurant italien accolé a l'hotel est très bon et ils sont aussi sympa qu'à l'hôtel. Le menage et changement de serviettes n'est pas automatique mais sur demande. la literie est tres bonne mais la climatisation est assez bruyante

Établissement bien entretenu. Pas de parking lié à l'établissement mais un parking public sous terrain a 200 mètres avec un accès facilité en étant client de l'hôtel. Comptez tout de même 45 dollars par nuit

It was a very good experience with this hotel, which was very clean, appropriate for familly and with kind staff! I’ll come back again in this hotel for sure ! PS the valet parking was very appropriate, 10-15 min. before you need to send the SMS or to call the reception and the car will wait you. You need to pay 45$ per night. The last day we had an unpleasant situation. My sunglasses left the night before in the car - we didn’t find it. I know that the company that manage vallet parking is not a hotel’s company, also that they are not responsible for any theft or damage or loss, but… fortunately, the glasses value was only 15$, but anyway… they misteriously disappeared from my car! That was the only negative point that marked our stay. But still we will come back again!

I like all the staffs. they were very friendly and polite. but vallet parking was too expensive and slow. I had to pay 144 for parking only.

Stayed at this hotel after disembarking a cruise pretty early (9-10AM). They allowed for early check in and held our luggage in the lobby until the room was ready. Conveniently located a block or two from the beach with many restaurants within walking distance. Pool and room was clean. The front desk is open 24 hr which allowed for easy checkout. Overall great stay.

The staff was amazing, everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I've seen in a long time. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was soo good. I'd definitely book there again!

The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was descent. I wish they had more staff that could understand the English language. We stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned our room once. We had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper because no where in the room was a phone number for room service and the telephone in our room didn't work. Never did they deliver toilet paper, we had to grab it off one of the carts in the hall. We emptied our own trash can that was over flowing. A disappointing experience.

This was an average hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small and basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was rough and the road construction made it impossible to find. In the morning only one guy was working valet. No one answered the phone to call down and there was a long line when we walked down. Beach was a short walk.

Eric was so great to check us in! Very nice front desk staff. Hotel offered nice coffee station and breakfast. Our room was very clean and love the shampoo & the conditioner! Overal very nice stay. I will book again!

The property, amenities and staff were great. I would definitely not venture far after 7 pm. A lot of stretchy people come out during that time. There is a big police presence due to all the construction around the area.

Very nice mid beach location. We can go both side easily. Free trolley service right in front of door. Clean. Excellent service plus free good breakfast in the morning.

During my stay the staff made sure to accommodate all of my needs. Perfect walking distance to the beach, trolley, citibike, convenience store, restaurants and much more.
