« This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. Check-in was very friendly and quick, and we were walked to our room by the receptionist.
