Très bel hôtel! Mérite le 5 étoile très beau séjour. A part le restaurant Deltas où nous avons mangé le 8 juin et que 35$ de plus nous a été facturé en trop. Après avoir retourné au restaurant et parlé au personnel de l’erreur sur la facture , la serveuse semblait fâchée et ne s’est pas excusée . Le 35$ nous a été remboursée .

Il pourrait y avoir un resto de plus dans l hôtel, vu la capacité d accueil. Les chambres pourraient être plus propre, pour le standing de l hôtel c est pas le top . A part Graceland pas grand chose à faire autour . Dans l ensemble bel hôtel et bel ambiance d elvis

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Tout le personnel a été super. Un grand merci au réceptionniste Austin pour son professionnalisme et son aide. Un hôtel fabuleux où tout est magnifique. Si nous revenons a Memphis nous y retournerons. Nous le conseillons a 100 %

Beautifil Building, away from the action of Beale. High end restaurant was closed on Sunday...disappointing. Miscommunication about room with tub but was rectified. All in all, cool place.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Graceland und für jeden Elvis Fan ein Muss. Die Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und steht für jede Frage oder Anliegen zur Verfügung. Wir haben hier 3 tolle Tage verbracht.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is top notch, including the staff. Yolandi was so helpful at check in and accommodating. Andre’ was friendly and outgoing as we chatted as he brought up our luggage and Keoshia in the gift shop was very helpful with us trying to figure out what tour we wanted at Graceland. We had drinks at the lobby bar and dinner in Deltas. It was delicious! Our server was amazing as well with recommendations and it did not disappoint. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak. We shared a crab cake which is one of the best I ever had and it was huge! Kudos to the entire staff!

This was my first time to visit Graceland. The Guest House is definitely the place to stay for the full experience. All of the staff were amazing and so helpful. Very clean facility!!! Great atmosphere!!!
