« New Hotel, Poor Management, Not Ready for Guests Very disappointing three-night stay at this six-month-old property. We arrived at 12:30 PM. Angie collected our passports and contact details, promising a text when our rooms were ready. No message arrived. When we returned at 3:30 PM, reception couldn’t find our information despite having assigned us rooms 205 and 209. The second floor had an unbearable gasoline-like smell. We saw someone using what appeared to be a kerosene-like substance on...

« Me & my partner stayed 4 nights at the hotel; when we arrived (around 11AM) they let us check-in (which is normally 3PM) and the room was ready for us to move in. But let me tell you, the room was soo small, that we could barely walk around with 2 luggages. The lights in the bathroom was also not functioning properly & we could barely see ourselves in the bathroom. That same night, we asked for a bigger room, which we had to pay 100.000 cop, per night, for. The bigger was great, but i stayed at...
