« The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

« This resort was immaculate and beautiful. The views were stunning. They have two pools one is for kids the other is both adults and kids but most little ones were at the kid pool. We attended the luau and it was great. The only downfalls and it wasn’t terrible was the beach. There was limited room. We always walked down to the better beach. Not that far though. The valet parking was slow. Once they lost our car and they were not very helpful. It got better, but we also learned to call ahead...

« we purchased an Expedia package including both flight tickets and stay, which was significantly less than booking separately, free parking is also a big plus. The location is excellent, right in the center of hotel zone (not necessary a bad thing) and in front of beach, walking distance to many restaurant options, it is also part of the a few miles beach front walk path, which we walked multiple times. « Hotel staff were great! Loved our hotel it was very roomy. The only thing I could say negatively about is the roaches and valet. We told the front desk about the roaches and kept our place pretty well clean but it didn’t seemed like they sprayed for them. We find them in each room crawling on our bed by our head. It was pretty awful . The parking for $40 a night was also terrible , we received our car back dirty very dirty . Bird droppings , ants and the car was sticky , wings on the hood it...
