« Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. « We loved everything about this condo. Beautiful surroundings, friendly people/staff, delicious restaurant/bar, 2 very clean pools, tropical gardens, activities, ocean front beach, saw a monk seal, sunrise, rainbows and sunsets. Across the street more restaurants/bar, gift shops and grocery store. We did not need a rent a car. Went to Whalers Village and 4 adventures. Stayed 2 glorious weeks 🌺🥰♥️ »

« Overall a 4/5 experience! I would stay here again without a doubt. Simple check-in process, attentive host, great ocean views, and a well equipped condo. The only drawback I can think of was in regards to some of the aging furnishings. »

« Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »

« There is NO BEACH! You have to walk to an entrance down the beach walk. Even when you get there it’s only 20 feet to the water. Yes we had a Hurricane but the hotel didn’t communicate at all. Power was out much to long. They should have had generators in place. »

« The condo was fantastic for our 2 week stay. One of the best ones I have stayed in at Napili Shores (10th time, all different rooms). AC worked well, king bed was super confortable, pillows were excellent. The kitchen was also great, everything you need and then some. Some spices were left by others which was great. The Brita water filter was key for us, we usually have to buy 2 cases of water bottles. The Roku TV worked well. Plenty of towels for bathroom and the beach. Beach chairs and...

« La famille a adoré les piscines et la plage. L’endroit est idéal pour la plongée en apnée, nous avons vu plusieurs poissons et des tortues juste en face de l’hôtel. Le condo était très grand avec une très belle terrasse. La cuisine était fonctionnelle (mais aucun ingrédient de base n’était fourni). Les chambres étaient de grande qualité et le personnel réceptif et accueillant. »
