Lined with marble finishes and full of sunlight, the inside of Topical Delight features high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances. Enjoy watching the palms sway from the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Here, family time is made a breeze as you indulge in movie viewings from the large Smart TV and whip up culinary creations in the gleaming kitchen.

With four bedrooms to stretch out in, everyone has the space they need to get comfortable. Each room has been adorned with high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and central air. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having access to not only a walk-in closet but also a spa-like en suite bathroom. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the interior amenities.

Outside, the canal is right at your back door, so enjoy watching the boats as they come and go. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat (25 ft. max) and dock it at this home. For unforgettable sunset views, head up to the rooftop deck and settle down on the ample seating.

Within eight miles of your retreat, enjoy visiting the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, Sunset Park, and the Dolphin Research Center.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Max boat size is 25 ft.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
