Check in was a nightmare, staff is a disaster
My stay has been completely a disaster.Below feedback will be sincere with only my wish to share a real feedback.The hotel is good, rooms are fine. Food is above Makkah standards (i took dinner and break fast). Really good. But my stay has been a pure disaster because the staff and the service are just unacceptable.My check in has been a total nightmare. I came with my car and i just park my car front of the hotel (like i did previously coming to those Jabal Omar managed hotels).During the check in, i have been informed that i had to pay SAR 200 for parking (USD 53) which is completely new beacuse it was not the case in the past. I have chosen this hotel especially because parking was convenient so it has been a bad news learning that but this is not the goal of my complain. Indeed, after check in i went to my room and since i was with my parents (my father has more than 70 year old), i wanted to go with them to the room before taking care of my car. Arrived in my room, it was asr prayer so i pray before going down to park my car. Once down, i realized that my car was not there! They took my car after only 20/30 minutes my arrival WITHOUT calling me to come and take the car before they will take it. I was very nervous because they knew my car was there and nobody told me to remove it and nobody told me that they were taking it. The help of the hotel to find my car was really poor and i had to pay SAR 150 to get back my car and lost a lot of time instead of being relax

Perfect location, Excellent service
Super great. Service excellent: staff helpful, available, professional, extremely kind (I called them several times for various requests and always got satisfied in no time). Breakfast is just amazing, maybe too much choice that you cannot appreciate all. Location perfect: Misjd al Haram just across the street (50 meters). Building is shared with other hotels and a shopping mall, this is convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Séjour à la Mecque la mosquée est proche même pas 5 min. L’hôtel est propre de standing. Le petit déjeuner est varié, du salé au sucré il y a même de la glace. Voyage avec ma fille qui a apprécié l’hôtel plus que moi. Le staff est gentil et disponible. Je reviendrai InchaAllah

This was good stay, very efficient elevator system, but the breakfast was outrageously high priced at around 50$ Can. Only few staff speak English, need more staff speaking english.

Arrived at 2:30pm, told that check in time is 4pm. Wait in lobby and will let you know once your room ready. After waiting till 3:30, I checked with another front desk employee and told me my room is already ready and gave me the keys. I expected them to notify us rather than waiting in the lobby while room was ready.

The property is very close to Haram, relatively new and well maintained.

Used to be very service with restaurants & room condition experience. Unfortunately there is not even a bottle of water in the room. I found it’s very disappointing especially in the holy place like that in the center of Makkah. Restaurant food quality is degrading. It’s very convenient to go Kaba. It’s only cross the street.

I have been traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the past twenty seven years. I stay in Jabal Omer Hyatt Regency since the hotel was opened. The hotel is very clean, quiet and across from the Haram. The staff from room service to management’s are professional, kind, helpful and a polite. I always feel at home and highly recommended to everyone.
