« This house was perfect for our blended group of adults and kids. The first morning I took my nephews snorkeling we saw sea turtles and they were so excited and a couple days later my niece found a stingray. Watching the sunsets every night while drinking a beer taking a heated outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen was a great size for our big group for meals. The back covered patio was where we spent a lot of our family time relaxing and hanging out. »

The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). « My husband and two teens stayed here for Spring Break and we had a great time. The location is wonderful, beautiful beach out front, bike path, walking distance to snorkeling at Sharks cove and market, short walk or drive to nearby surf spots. The house was set up perfectly for our group. Being so close to the food trucks was amazing. The communication with the host was excellent. Check-in was very easy and clear. Loved the home layout and outdoor setting - putting green was a nice touch! Also appreciated the water toys and area outside to wash off sand. A description of where extra bedding and towels would have been great, as well as providing more towels, washcloths and hand towels. We managed to find...

The only thing that was not provided was a washer and dryer. We travel a lot and have stayed in many VRBO and all would have a washer and dryer. My fault for not checking before booking. Also other rentals would not have personal pictures in the residence. »
