« No WiFi for the duration of our stay!!!! We specifically book condos so we have good space to work and the owner did not have working WiFi as advertised. We ended up sitting at a local hostel for 2 days to use WiFi. Hostel Viajero is beautiful place and super friendly! « Muy mal servicio en todos los sentidos, nos dejaron sin electricidad 2 días, aparte cuando llegué no tenía lavadora y nos enviaron una 4 días después pero una manual, una falta de respeto para el huésped que contamos con tiempo limitado cuando uno va de turismo a algún lugar. Muy mala atención desde el comienzo y la decoración es muy básica y mediocre. No lo recomiendo »

« The property itself was beautiful. The pool and the security guards were awesome. Besides that it was terrible. My family and I arrived to a dirty apartment the sheets smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. The sink had hair and the shower was clogged with hair. There was a leakage in the kitchen the washer wasn’t working. And after I sent them pictures and videos, they told me I had to pay for cleaning service. « We like the area and the building. However there was no hot water and the person at the front desk thought it was not necessary. There were no blankets, no bathroom carpet, no towels in the kitchen and no beach towels. After a request they send us beach towels. »
