My stylish 1 BR apartment is the perfect base when visiting Madrid. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Delicias and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city.
The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa bed, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back.

If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! You will find some olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar. There’s even a welcome pack, tea and coffee provided!
The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.
Also super confortable Sofa bed for 2 people on the living room with a TV and a big books collection in English in you want to enjoy reading!
Freshen up in the luxurious bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and toiletries are provided!
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole place for yourself. The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a TV and a comfy sofa-bed and a fully-equipped kitchen.

There is also a washing machine in the apartment that you can use. We will provide you with the products needed for the washing machine. The whole place is available, make yourself at home!

Other Things to Note:
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated.
