Chambres d’hôtes à Madrid

« I arrived at the airport (19:30) and I call to the number in the reservation and I explained that I received the link with a missing parts (broken link *I have a screen shot of this! in case they need it) to open or enter to the building and also to the room so they told me that they will send another one so I believe it and I was in a dinner with a customer so I arrived at 23hrs 30 to the building so in my email wasn't any email so I call one more time and they request me the same information...

« This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. « Check-in was easy, even allowed early check-in. Nice apartment but had trouble sleeping as there are many bars close by and the street becomes a party. »

« The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However the room was dark and small with no windows. The shower leaked a great deal. Opening the door with your phone was annoying. »
