Good Stay. Very good looking, professional hotel experience. Comfy beds, good room. Good elevator and luggage carts, very convenient access to the hotel. The breakfast hot-food wasn't edible. So close to a perfect stay, can't allow that bfast food to pass.

The staff was excellent and our stay would normally have gotten high ratings. HOWEVER, the pool was closed for maintenance and it's because of the pool that we chose to stay at the hotel. My wife and daughter were very disappointed by that.

Bathroom sink didn't work. Horrible pillows and only 2 on bed, and when requested more they had none. 2 bathroom towels for 4 people for 2 nights.

This was a very odd room. It seemed that whoever designed this hotel had not stayed in one. There is no closet and the space for hanging clothes is about 24 inches wide with a safe underneath so no long clothes can be hung. There were three hangers. There was only one chair in the room and only one table lamp on one side of the bed. One small soap shared between the sink and shower area. And lastly, only French vanilla coffee creamer. It was like this place wasn't ready.

Curtains would not close completely and left an eight inch gap. Had to get additional coat hangers with clothespins from staff to fasten the curtains together. The room only had one hanger with clothes pins. The place was clean but everything from the room to breakfast was basic. The bed was comfortable fortunately I brought my own pillow. I thought the guy sleeping on the couch in the lobby with a pillow and blanket was a little strange. As soon as you get off the elevator, there he was.

Stained sheets. Old, moldy food stuck in carpet. New looking exterior that doesn’t match the old, Motel 6 feeling inside. For the price, find another hotel that actually takes time to clean their rooms, and one that actually cares about guests staying in their hotel.

I reserved a room with a king bed and paid ahead of it. We were got there they gave us a room with two queen beds instead. It was late and didn’t want to deal with it so we stayed with the queen but next time I want what I reserved

Got a room for a night at the Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison on Coho St. last week for my mother and I. Parking was close to the entrance and a cart was available so we could easily get all our bags to the room. When we got in, the room was clean. Had nice big TV, clean shower, refrigerator and microwave. Went to the pool area and spent some time in the hot tub and pool. Small pool, but both the pool and hot tub were clean and safely accessible. Free breakfast was excellent. Next time I need a place to stay in Madison, this will be my first choice.

The property was great! Room was big and spacious for my family. Only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t empty our trash each night. Other than that. It was awesome!
