Excellent, prenez garde à la police!
Une nuit suite à un congrès à Pise, sur le chemin du retour. Tout s’est bien passé dans cette ville charmante, à part la rencontre avec la police, lorsque j’ai mené la voiture de l’hôtel, où j’avais déposé les bagages, au parking, en suivant les recommendations reçues à la réception: bien sûr, ce que je faisais était interdit, etc. Donc accueil plutôt désagréable, on aimerait que la direction de l’hôtel regle ce problème avec la police locale

EN PLEIN CENTRE !
Escale sur la route de Rome nous avons été ravis de cet hôtel. Andréa est charmant et très disponible. La situation de l’hôtel en plein cœur de la vieille ville est parfaite pour sortir le soir (prenez l'option parking ça vaut le coup). Les chambres sont très bien et le petit déjeuner tout à fait correct avec un délicieux café !!!

Super ‘old school’ residence inside the walls
Great location off main dining, shopping avenue in Luca Centro. Ditch your car just inside the walls of this marvelous city and walk! Great European breakfast. Lovely, helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

This property was right in the heart of Lucca and it was eady to walk to all shopping and dining. The historic location was well kept and the general manager was a lovely host and she prepared a wonderful breakfast that she baked. The parking is a little hard to navigate to due to construction on a road, I recommend not driving into the walled city of Lucca, get a ride there if possible.

My stay in Lucca, Italy
The stay here was amazing. The staff here is what made the difference as they were very friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the morning breakfast and many assortments of local foods. When I return to Lucca I will try to stay here again. Thanks you for making my stay better.

Amazing hotel
Amazing place with lots of history. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's parking was a little bit difficult to find but the owner explains it very well.

Lovely hotel in the town centre
Lovely old hotel in centre of the historic town. Lovely comfy bed. Delicious breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good gluten free selection. Helpfully provided earplugs as quite lively street at night! Don’t let that put you off though.

Our stay here was fantastic! The room was spacious, there was a jacuzzi shower and the Wi-Fi was great. Ingrid and team were really friendly and recommended a great place to eat on our first day. The location is brilliant - really safe, in the middle of lots of amazing restaurants and just off the main shopping street in Lucca, about a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Hotel A Palazzo Busdraghi is a wonderful place to stay in Lucca! I stayed in room 4 and I found it to be super nice and comfortable. The included breakfast is wonderful with lots of variety in baked goods, meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs and more. Everyone at the hotel is super nice and helpful. The location is close to everything you'll want to see. My room was nice and quiet due to the double glazed windows and solid wood shutters. I highly recommend.

Noisy location
The NOISE at this location is unbearable. I’m a late night person but the drunken, loud younger people in the streets below this apartment made for a miserable stay. This is NOTthe hotel location. It’s a little trek from the property, in a building near the intersection of two party streets. It was truly a disastrous stay. No rest. And I tried sleeping pills and good silicone earplugs. Still, the noise until two or 3 AM was crazy.

Perfect home away from home, in Lucca
Marta was a kind and gracious host. The property is beautiful and filled with tasteful furnishings. Extremely comfortable bed and quiet, despite being in the centre of Lucca. Do not miss breakfast, which includes homemade baking, including a delicious apple cake!

Second stay at Hotel A Palazzo Busdraghi and just as impressed this time. The manager, Marta, and her colleagues couldn't be more helpful and welcoming and exude charm, warmth and accomplishment. The property is in a great location and the rooms are so comfortable and tastefully decorated in such a beautiful old palazzo. Breakfast is sumptuous too.

Marta welcomed us warmly. The communications before arrival made us at ease and the room and bathroom were as expected. Breakfast was great. Everything was perfect. The fact that this Palazzo is hidden behind giant, stunning doors, yet in the middle of Lucca, makes it even better

Lovely stay, great location
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. Good breakfast. Good location. Loved listening to the music school across the via. Couldn't here it from the room, but enjoyed the music wafting through the entry courtyard when I would come and go.

L'hotel è molto bello. È molto bene posizionato. Molto pulito e confortevole la colazione é molto buona e il posto molto acogliente Le persone dalla reception Marta e Ingrid sono molto gentili e mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. Solo un po 'di malcontento. Il condizionatore d'aria era già spento nonostante fosse caldo. La finestra non ha persiane, quindi se chiude la finestra la stanza resta senza ária. Ho dovuto dormire com la finestra aperta e haveva la luce della strada e rumore. la doccia è davvero troppo piccola. il varco della porta è molto stretto. Chi é grande deve stare attento.

Great location, wonderful service and delicious breakfast. Staff were very attentive and helpful. They provided a delicious gluten free breakfast for me and made sure there was no cross contamination by giving me my own toaster, bread and cereal separate from the rest of the buffet service.
