Cet hôtel est parfaitement située. La chambre était grande et propre. Les petits déjeuners sont biens aussi. Bref, nous avons eu un très beau séjour à Lucca :)

Merci, tout est vraiment très bien ! Très bonne situation au cœur de Lucca. Accueil efficace, souriant. Petit déjeuner sympathique avec de très bons produits. Logement spacieux dans bâtiment de caractère avec le charme recherché.

Nice and clean.
Nice, surprising and Pleasant place embedded in the wall of the "amfiteatro", ideally located for he who wants to visit Lucca. It would be nice to have on the website an indication on where to park one's car before entering the city (e.g. the large city parking nearby la "Porta S. Donato".

hôtel de charme très bien situé
Les deux chambres sont très bien décorées et donnent sur la piazza el anfiteatro. Les chambres disposent de climatisation. L'hôtelier est très sympathique et parle français . le petit déjeuner buffet est de très bonne qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la place. Nous avons pu dîner sur place car on y trouve de très bon restaurant . Idéal pour visiter Lucca. L'accès peut se faire en voiture malgré la zone ZTL il faut seulement le signaler à l'hôtelier qui prend vore plauqe d'immatriculation pour les autorités.

Un très bon plan au coeur de Lucca
Chambre claire, confortable, bien isolée... et en plein centre de la ville, donnant sur la place de l'Amphithéâtre. Petit déjeuner diversifié, y compris avec des fruits frais. Frigo à libre disposition. Accueil très sympathique.

Like: the room was built on the ancient Amphitheater. It is located in the midst of everything. Dislike: The AC did not work. IT was unplugged. After a day I realized that, but then the remote had no effect in setting temperature, etc. I sweated every evening. The noise outside prevented me from leaving the window open. There was no cleaning service. Only once did someone come to empty the trash basket and removed a used towel. Two tiny soaps and two packets of shampoo. I had to go out and buy some. I never met the host. Once a man was outside my room, but he did not greet me nor identify himself. In a minute he was gone. The breakfast included was across the street. Same stuff every day. Nothing to write home about. NO fruit.

Si trova in ZTL ma c’è parcheggio a pagamento a 400 metri; ideale per chi vuole visitare il centro città ; poco distante dal Polo fieristico. La struttura è in un palazzo storico, senza ascensore (non ho visto facilitazioni per persone diversamente abili); la camera è ampia, dotata di split per aria condizionata ma dà su una vivace piazzetta frequentata fino a tarda ora. Il bagno è privo di bidet e il materasso è troppo morbido (si affonda e si sentono le molle)

A room with a view.
Great view, great location. If you want contact free, this is the place for you because other than through text or whatsapp, you won’t see anyone. Old building is great but FYI, no lift. The blow dryer didn’t work and no replacement was provided. Breakfast location was very close and nice. Lucca is beautiful and you will enjoy the location. No bells or whistles just a room with a great view of the center.

really a bad experience, for an otherwise okay place. They said that the place has aircondition, and yes there was one, but it didn't work. We sleept in 28 degrees that night. It could not bring the temperature down at all. we only sleept a few hours that night and luckily we had to move on the next day to another hotel. We would therefore not recommend this hotel if you are traveling in the summer.

tragic and exaggerated, I understand that the air conditioning did not work because of a problem that night but it seems really exaggerated what you write

great position ...but ...
Position is fantastic, overlooking at one of the best squares in Italy. The rest regarding the apartment is mediocre really. Bed is old and cheap, bathroom is tiny and overall all just an ikea apt. Nothing wrong with that but let’s say, it’s position and window view is its best part. Also the owner wasn’t flexible on checkout time on a pouring rain day when no one else was coming in after us, where he could been more flexible.

kind lady, I believe that you must have respect for people. I allowed you to check out an hour later, it is true no guests arrived after you, but we would have had to clean the apartment anyway and if we had left even more time to stay because it was a bad day and we had received a reservation ?? the new guests instead of letting them in at 15 I should have said at 17 ??? put yourself on the side of the new guest on arrival ... she would have been happy if they had told her yes, in fact, the check in was from 15 but the apartment is ready at 17 ??? think about it !!!! maybe it would be enough to be less selfish!

It was very well located. Somewhat basic, did not change the bedding dailey or the bathroom towels. But the comvienence of the location outweighed this.

Whilst the location of this property is excellent it is in need of a revamp. It needs updating and cleaning properly. Bathroom doesn’t smell too nice and the kitchen and crockery needs a good scrub. The bedroom looks out into the Piazza Anfiteatro however unless you only require 4 hours sleep a night bring some industrial ear plugs.

El edificio donde se encuentran los apartamentos es histórico y muy auténtico, con una ubicación fantástica y vista a la Plaza del Anfiteatro. Lo malo del apartamento en el nos alojamos es que tenía un mal mantenimiento (cortinas caídas, puertas de armarios de la cocina descolgadas, agujero en ventana para aire acondicionado...) y a pesar de tener cocina carecía de tostador, microondas, sartenes... Le daría una puntuación máxima si cuidasen los detalles pero está un poco descuidado. Por lo demás, el apartamento es suficiente

De locatie was fantastisch. Midden in de stad aan het plein, alles op loopafstand. Zelfs de mogelijkheid om gratis te parkeren (10 minuten lopen). Het ontbijt was ook iedere dag mega lekker en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamers werden ook iedere dag netjes opgeruimd en schoongemaakt

Fin beliggenhet i Lucca
Kjempe fin beliggenhet, sentralt og kort avstand til det meste. Leiligheten var romslig, med stort soverom og stor stue/kjøkken. Eneste minuset for oss var at sovesofaen i stua var relativt dårlig, og bunnen av sovesofaen var ustabil.

Posizione insuperabile, comodissima. Nonostante sia in piena piazza anfiteatro non si sentono rumori esterni. La nostra camera era una depandance, molto caratteristica, spaziosa e fresca. Davvero una bella esperienza.

It looked like a Bosnian war building staircase with electrical open panels and wires concrete chipped wallls THE APARTMENT WAS FREEZING!! there was no breakfast available as advertised Whoever gave good reviews it had to be fake!
