« So if the staff are reading rhis, I wonder if a Platt or a longer Platt name has ever stayed there, other than me? I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer). I had a magical stay. I enjoyed the rooftop. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better. »

« Hotel needs to be updated. Floor hallways was untidy with trash everywhere. Staff on the phone midday was rude and very dismissive. Late afternoon staff when checking in was more approachable and very professionally kind. So guess I’m 50/50 about this place. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, just about a 10-minute walk from the heart of Soho and very well connected by subway. The view over the buildings was incredible — we especially loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which really allowed us to fully enjoy the city skyline. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next trip to New York. »

"Un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles un peu surĂ©valuĂ© je pense, il vaut plutĂŽt un 3 Ă©toiles. La chambre est petite et assez bruyante, de plus les infrastructures sont vieillissantes. Le frigo ne marchait pas, et pas de pommeau de douche. Le pire de l’hĂŽtel reste tout de mĂȘme l’ascenseur. Comptez 10 minutes facile pour redescendre ou monter, car il ne tient pas compte des appels dans l’ordre. Tout le monde se plaignait de cet ascenseur pendant les 3 jours oĂč nous sommes restĂ©. J’éviterai cet hĂŽtel Ă  l’avenir."
