« We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again »

« We came in to town for a wedding. The place was extremely clean and the quality of the space was better than the listing pictures. It was near a good variety of restaurants and things to do. The only down side was that downtown Lafayette can be loud at night. If you plan on going to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If you enjoy being close to night life, this is the perfect stay for you! »

« The house was in a great location. Felt safe walking to and from both Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The house itself was a good size for our group. However, it could certainly use some maintenance. The walls were scratched up from the chairs in the dining space and the shower situations weren’t ideal. The outdoor space was good for what we needed. We could hear our neighbors through the walls at times, but nothing unbearable. Would recommend for large groups who are mainly needing a...

« Indeed, it is without hesitation that we would rent in the same place. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and he took great care of us. If something was missing from the house, we just had to let it know. Which, in fact, was not really the case. I also liked the location for the proximity to the tram. »
