I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint. »

« The property manager was very quick to respond and left great directions on how to access entry. The apartment had musty smell like it had been closed up for too long, but the apartment was fairly clean and good to use. The location is close to all kinds of places and alarm system is there to set while there and gone. Security seems to be an issue for the area. »

« All around wonderful property and perfect for our group of 7 adults and 3 children. The couch was the ideal spot for family game night. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we got tired of the beach (which was literally steps away). The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, cups, etc. We did have a minor issue with the BBQ grill (gas leak), but luckily it was the propane tank and not the grill itself. I definitely recommend staying here for your SPI trip! »

« Truly enjoyed this stay! We came in for an event at the Raising Cane’s event center - it was a quick walk from this unit! I was a little skeptical about safety since this building seems a bit industrial. Happy to report that I felt safe the entire stay! Grocery store two blocks away, a lovely Indian restaurant right across the street! Great location! The units are not soundproof - might get a bit noisy if all units are full. « We absolutely loved this charming early 1800s home! The property is so peaceful and beautiful. It was such a great stop on our road trip. I may have missed this when I booked the place but the only thing that was challenging was there was no kitchen which was just not ideal with little kids. Had it just been me and my husband, it wouldn’t have mattered at all. Even with that factor I’d stay here again as a family, it was beautiful and the hosts who live on the property were lovely. »

The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful and accommodating of our small dog, the space was very comfortable and roomy, and the grounds were absolutely lovely. It was situated conveniently close to all we needed, but we felt like we stepped into history. We will definitely stay in this lovely home again. »
