Beaucoup beaucoup trop de bruit dans la chambre qui provient de la porte d'entrée et de la musique qui est dans l’accueil, on entend les personnes qui sont dans le hall depuis la chambre 115. Horrible séjour dans cette hôtel. Le parking qui est payant de 35 dollar la nuit tarif très abusif. Mais sinon très bonne vacances dans cette ville qui est incroyable.

Expérience Décevante à l'Hôtel Accès Restreint : L'entrée à l'hôtel est strictement réglementée. Si vous n'avez pas reçu de code d'accès, l'entrée vous sera refusée. Problèmes de Réservation : Après avoir complété des formalités douanières, nous avons été assignés à une chambre déjà occupée, ce qui a causé un désagrément considérable. Coûts de Stationnement Élevés : Le tarif de stationnement est excessif, s'élevant à 35 dollars la nuit. Service de Ménage en Supplément : Durant notre séjour de trois jours, le service de ménage n'a pas été effectué et nous avons appris qu'il était disponible uniquement moyennant un supplément. Les serviettes n'ont pas été changées, ce qui a impacté notre confort. Nuisances Sonores : Un chantier à proximité de l'hôtel a engendré un bruit constant, perturbant la tranquillité de notre séjour. Problèmes de Sécurité : Nous n'avons pas reçu de code pour accéder à notre chambre. Il nous fallait demander de l'aide à chaque fois pour y entrer. Dommages

1- je suis arrivé a un autre hôtel pour une nuit avant et en passant devant votre hôtel le lendemain ,j'ai arrêter pour faire mon inscription pour trois plus tard l'employée au comptoir na pas voulu m'aider pour faire ma réservation en me disant que se n'était pas sont ouvrage de faire ca. Vous savez qu'on est en 2023 et une télévision 20" ce n'est pas la meilleur idée et en plus mal située il 1 lit sur 2 qui la voie, merci

The hotel has the perfect location. Not far from the airport and just beside the Sofi stadium. The application and the information sent before and during the stay, amazing. Having a keyboard for the door was nice since we did not have to manage a card key. Room was clean and modern. My only complaint would be the noise in the hotel (not the work in the Intuit dome). From our room, we would hear the music at the pool area, the people coming in at midnight and 2AM. Overall, great hotel choice if you want to attend a game at the SoFi stadium.

I was hesitating having read some of the reviews, received a warm and friendly welcome, great atmosphere, trendy, modern, all as new, on site restaurant, great pool and gym, up and coming neighborhood next to stadium, to opened grand shoppibg center with cinemas etc, great value for money and easy process with the Sonder app

Très jolie hôtel proche de l'aéroport, belle piscine dommage il manque le petit déjeuné, gros defaut de notre chambre l'ascenseur a côte de la chambre très bruyant. Et une isolation entre les chambres pas top.Dommage pour la qualite de l'hôtel, le service voiturier un peu chère.

Great value hotel. Pool and gym are nice. Restaurant is actually really good and has a decent happy hour. Very convenient if going to events at Sofi, The Forum. Neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, but it’s safe in the stadium complex area.

The parking situation is disappointing, requiring an additional fee of $35 per night, which is unusual compared to other hotels. The staff, however, are pleasant and accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is somewhat unpleasant, possibly due to ongoing roadwork. Additionally, they charge a $150 deposit without prior notification. It would be acceptable if guests were informed before this charge was applied. The hotel is reasonably comfortable considering the price. Overall: 3.

Excellent hotel to spend a couple of nights. The staff is accommodating, the facilities are beautiful and easy to access. As well they provide you with many additional things such as ice, water, coffee, microwave, among others. If I return to LA I will reserve this hotel without any doubt.

The restaurant attached is great. The pool and jacuzzi are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The property is cute and clean. It’s an easy stay close to the event centers. It’s a little on the noisiest side, but with a sound machine, easily remedied.

Front desk stuff are very unprofessional I sat there for ten minutes before I was acknowledged plus my room was ready it’s very noisy aside from the airplanes I hear all the neighbors very clearly I will never come back

The room wasn’t clean. There was spider webs on the restroom lights, the shower curtain was dirty on the inside, and towels has stains on them. Also we were staying in the room that is right next to the restaurant and Oh My Gosh!!! We hated it. You can hear the employees coming in and out of the restaurant. The door was always getting slammed. You can hear the employees complaining with one and other. It was just so loud. I don’t get any sleep the one night we stayed, and I’ll never go back.

Room was clean but we could not watch tv because the internet connection would not stay active we kept having to turn the tv off and on and it was a hassle not having free parking anywhere and self parking is a option on your website and in your check in email

We got a room next to the restaurant and on the first floor next to the valet. It was very noisy. Also, there really isn’t any privacy in the bathroom. There is a sliding door that doesn’t fully close. So there’s always an exposed crack that you can see inside the bathroom. if you are on the bottom floor, you will need to keep your drapes closed the entire time because you are facing the street and the valet the entire time and people are looking in your windows. Otherwise, everyone is very nice. And the adjacent restaurant is excellent and , the people that work at the restaurant are amazing.

Second time here and my first time was a better experience. Only negative thing I have to say about my second time staying at this hotel was that we had no shower curtain in our room. So you can see people showering next to you. Overall pool and the bar next to the hotel were nice to have. We came for a concert in Kia forum and it was very convenient for a walking distance. So if your going to sofi and Kia forum for whatever event I’d choose this hotel just make sure you have a shower curtain l.
