« This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

« This was a perfect place to stay when I was in L.A. for a basketball game. Alina was incredibly helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is also well located with everything around it I walked most everywhere I went. Alina, I will be back! »

« We were in town for a family event. Host was very responsive and nice. Home, specifically the furnishings and decor are a bit dated and random but overall home is very comfortable. Location is great, close to practically everything. Whats not within walking distance is only a 5-10 minute drive. Would stay here again if needed. »

« Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip! »

« This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra. »

« Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-) »

Points négatifs : draps en microfibre, pas de vrai rideaux occultants, le bruit de la rue est épouvantable (et on l'entend trop bien), l'enseigne lumineuse clignote dans la chambre... »
