« Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us. We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds. I paid, thinking little of it other than it being a bit expensive. This didn't really sit right with us so we asked for the receipt, and saw that the drinks...

« This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again. »

« Magnifique hôtel, chambre spacieuse et propre. Bien situé, à quelques mètres de deux stations de métro et du centre commercial. Pas trop loin du centre (environ 20min de métro). »
