Séjour de 3 jours...Hotel près des transports en commun dans un quartier calme et à proximité de restaurants. Chambre grande et propre. Lit très confortable.

The hotel is close to shopping and a well known park. People were friendly. Staff arranged our room and provided us with enough amenities. We were happy with our stay at Omid.

We enjoyed our stay at Lisbon Amid Saldanha Hotel. This was our final night at the tail end of a Month long visit to Portugal, and we chose the Mid Saldanha, We have visited Lisbon several times and always like to experience a different area of this fascinating city. The hotel does not offer on site parking, although there were spots on the street. Fortunately, Europecar is located just around the corner and we dropped off our rental prior to check in. We were able to leave our small luggage while your room was readied, and enjoyed a pizza and wine at the on site bar/restaurant. Our room was very nice, and had we been staying longer we would have booked something larger. As it were, the room was completely satisfactory, with mini fridge, desk and two chairs. Hotel information is presented on the television with everything you need to know. The bathroom was nice, with walk in shower, and bed was comfortable, making for a nice one night stay. Best of all, the metro station was just a short walk, and a couple of stops takes you directly to the airport. There were restaurants and cafes in this very nice area of Lisbon, as well as Pingo Dolce restaurant and cafe.

This is a lovely hotel, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Lisbon. It’s not directly in the city centre but close to public transport so can easily go from place to place. The hotel was clean, modern, breakfast was good it had a good selection from hot to cold food.

Service is Not Great
The hotel is average. Nothing stands out as great or poor. However, the service can be improved. The front desk guys are not personable and the woman who runs the restaurant has poor people skills.

Stay Away from Restaurant
Front desk staff was efficient but not personable or welcoming. The cleaning staff was good. The woman servicing the restaurant needs to learn customer service. She is not friendly and can be rude in her communication. On the second night, I ordered room service 20 minutes prior to the service ending, but she told me she didn't want to bother the cook.

I paid for breakfast but my flight was scheduled to leave early. I was told they couldn't refund the separate breakfast charge and that I would have to await a manager to call. I was directed to the breakfast area anyway and the breakfast crew was openly coughing, sneezing and handling food with not sanitary wipes, napkins, or tissues. I was disgusted and will not join the hotel again. There was a puncture in the wall with ripped wall paper. The bathroom did not have Kleenex refilled.

It was disappointed that regardless of sending an email 2 weeks prior we did not have any opportunity for an early check in. We arrived at 9:00 AM and were giving a room around 3:30 pm. I understand check in is at 3:00 but I was expecting some flexibility and consideration. Several broken pieces in the bathroom and the AC was not cool enough. It was hard to get the room at a confortable temperature. The area is great and the hotel is beautiful but I wish we would had been helped with the check in.

El hotel está muy bien comunicado con la parada de saldanha y la zona es muy tranquila. El personal de recepción era atento o simpático depende del dia pero la limpieza ha sido excepcional.

En humpete tur til Lisboa
Mitt første fly ble forsinket, som gjorde at jeg måtte tilbringe en natt i et annet land. I alt kaoset med forsinkede fly og mistet bagasje, kunne jeg ikke komme på at jeg tydeligvis burde kontakte hotellet for å si at jeg faktisk kommer, jeg er bare forsinket. Så da jeg kom til hotellet, uten bagasjen, sa de at de har kansellert reserveringen min og at hotellet er fullt. Jeg ble stående lenge og ikke ane hva jeg skulle gjøre, mens jeg ringte forsikringsselskap, flyselskap (angående bagasjen) og hotels.com, før resepsjonisten sa at det kanskje ble ledig senere i dag, men da måtte jeg vente mange timer i uvisshet. Det ble en veldig dårlig start på turen (sammen med at flyselskapet mistet bagasjen). Sent samme dag fikk jeg utrolig nok et hotellrom, et veldig fint hotellrom med balkong! Seng, dyne og pute var god, flott bad. Spiste frokost på hotellet en gang. Den smakte godt, men kanskje litt lite næring og fiber. Alt i alt fornøyd med selve oppholdet og de ansattes imøtekommenhet og trøst, men jeg kunne ønske de umiddelbart kunne anbefalt andre hotell i nærheten, eller lignende da jeg stod der alene uten et sted å sove. Jeg kan godt sove på Omid Saldanha Hotel igjen, men føler da trangen til å ringe og forsikre meg om at det fortsatt er et hotellrom reservert i mitt navn.

Een hotel zoals een hotel hoort te zijn. Geen overdreven poespas maar gewoon netjes en toch chique. Fijne en begrijpelijke douche, 3 knijpbussen shampoo, conditioner, wasgel. Lekker bed. Je hoort alleen wel de vliegtuigen.

Een hotel zoals een hotel hoort te zijn! Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie, non nonsense inchecken, nette ruime kamer met fijne douche en genoeg shampoo/zeep en conditioner, gewoon heel goed!!

Had a room with a balcony and furniture but no cushions which was very uncomfortable to sit on. Also the bar courtyard is smoking so cigarette smoke chimneys right on to the balcony.All together a good stay.
