Location, location
We were 4 adults the place was as discribed in the reference on the site, easy to get to from the Enter-Campo train or metro station. We walked the distance sould at stayed on Av Defensores de Chaves the sidewalk is made for the ease of the wells on a sute-case ! The appt is on the flight pat to the Airport so the planes are 8 to 10 minutes appart, it did not affect our stay or sleep. We would go back Ines was a great help on are arrival and stayed in contact if needed. Maria was also helpfull and also stayed in contact. Louis and friends.

Accueil superbe ( spéciale dédicace Inês ) appartement super, emplacement super avec supermarché métro trains juste à côté … par contre seul gros bémol sur la voie d’axe d’atterrissage des avions donc beaucoup de bruits… ça m’embête de le préciser car tout est au top mais si vous aimez dormir il y a beaucoup de bruits d’avions ….. Lisbonne est une ville fantastique et les prestations liés à cet appartement sont géniaux ( sauf les avions)…

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement ! Celui-ci était très propre, très bien situé avec les transports en commun à proximité. Logement spacieux. Seul petit bémol au niveau de la vaisselle, il y a juste ce qu’il faut pour 5 personnes en ce qui concerne les verres , couverts et tasses ,si bien que si vous voulez vous servir du lave vaisselle, vous le faites tourner à chaque repas ! Mais cela reste un détail. De plus l’accueil à notre arrivée était très sympathique et très arrangeant. Merci nous reviendrons . Alex

Je recommande vivement ce logement: appartement spacieux, confortable, sécurisé et très propre. Bien situé. Seul petit point négatif: manque de matériel pour cuisiner et préciser dans l'annonce le bruit fréquent du passage des avions.

Appartement idéal avec des propriétaires sympathiques
L'appartement est très bien situé, à côté de commerces et proche d'une station de métro, permettant des déplacements faciles dans Lisbonne. Il est luxueux et très bien agencé ( un seul tout petit bémol néanmoins : quelques ustensiles de cuisine sont manquants( passoire, tôles...) rien de bien grave. Les pièces sont grandes avec des sols en marbre. Nous étions avec un couple d'amis : logement idéal avec 2 chambres ayant chacune sa salle de bain, ce qui est assez rare. Une de ces 2 chambres est une suite magnifique. Les relations avec les propriétaires ont été excellentes : ils sont vraiment accueillants et charmants. Notre séjour a donc été très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. FG

Appartement très agréable et propre.
Séjour très agréable pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours. L'accès au métro est tout près ainsi que le bus, cela permet de laisser la voiture au garage. L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes. Nous recommanderons vivement cette location à nos amis. Au plaisir de retourner au Portugal.

Nous avons passé d' excellentes vacances . La propriété répondait exactement à nos attentes par rapport à sa situation et à la description qui en était faite sur le site . Mais aussi : grâce aux courriels de Maria répondait ponctuellement à nos questions, l'assistance de M. Brito qui s'est occupée de nous accueillir , sa disponibilité à l'autre bout du fil pour répondre à toutes nos questions et même nous trouver un taxi le jour de notre départ ont contribué énormément à rendre notre séjour agréable . Très bel appartement, très bon accueil et communication pendant notre sejour
Appartement très bien équipé. Clim dans la pièce principale et les chambres.....bien agréable avec 45°à l'extérieur. Possibilité de parking En sous sol avec supplément mais bien pratique car places parking extérieur payantes et 3 ou 4 h maxi donc pas pratique quand on part visiter. Même si un peu loin du centre, possibilité de prendre le bus 736 sur avenue de la libertade qui dessert le centre ville ou métro à entrecampos. De plus supermarche continente a 5 mn . Quartier assez calme car situe au bout d'une impasse, seul inconvénient éventuellement, les avions mais cela ne nous a pas excessivement dérangé. Encore merci d'avoir accepté notre chien.

L’appartement est idéalement situé. Moderne, confortable et très agréable ce fut le plus beau de nos logements au Portugal où nous avons séjourné du 9 au 20 avril 2018 (la fin du séjour s’est passé à « Lisboa » du 15 au 20). L’accueil y a été parfait. Seul petit bémol (s’il y en avait un à relever) le passage des avions à proximité. Malgré tout excellent séjour.

O Apartamento está muito bem localizado, quer para os viajantes que chegam ao aeroporto, quer para os que viajam de carro por estar próximo das vias rápidas, e da estação de comboios para todos os destinos. E, também, muito conveniente para os que queiram fazer compras e conhecer a cidade, fica em Entrecampos, perto de tudo (lojas, shopping centres, restaurantes, hospitais, universidades, jardins, zoológico, e vias rápidas para as praias e zonas históricas de Sintra, etc). Em turismo ou business, não hesite, adequado a casais e famílias.

Terrific Service!!!
I cannot say enough about the terrific service that Maria and Afanzo provided my daughter and me. The place was immaculate and centrally located to everything. The air conditioning was wonderful and the rooms were spacious. This is probably been one of the best accommodations I have had in a long time. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer.

Hidden Charges
We (a party of 4) were very pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, location. HOWEVER, be aware of hidden costs at this accommodation. When we checked in we were charged an extra €10 per night for parking. The VRBO site where we booked this rental listed the amenities with on-site garage parking. We were touring Portugal for a month and on-site parking was very important to us so our choice of rentals was prefaced on this. In all the condos and hotels where we stayed, if there was an extra charge for parking it was indicated in the ad. The check-in process was stressful. Upon arrival we called the number we were given. The contact person informed us that he had told his son to meet us but would not supply his phone number. He was curt and not at all pleasant. This seemed so out of character with all of the Portuguese people we had already met!! We found his son to be a very polite, agreeable young man who attempted on our behalf to negotiate with Maria (the host) the elimination of the parking charges. She finally agreed to one night free parking! We are not objecting that there was a charge for parking but it should have been indicated in the VRBO ad. One of the reviews stated that Maria was very flexible with check-in. We contacted her to ask to check in an hour earlier. We were told it would cost an extra €30. The location is also directly on the flight path of the airport with constant noise from take-off and landings.

Please note that he does not have any kids. There was no hidden costs, in the advertising it states very clearly that extra costs apply in case guests would like to use the parking or if times of checkin or checkout are different. Great location and very clean
The location was near everything and but was in a nice quiet location. There were lots of stores and restaurants and near transportation’s to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Afonso was amazing with instructions and easy to contact at all times. A wonderful time in a beautiful spot. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a great city
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Maria and Ines were kind and helpful in making sure we were well situated, and the apartment was a great home base from which to set out to explore Lisbon and environs. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well equipped - the kitchen setup made it very easy to prepare meals, and there’s a grocery within a short walk of the apartment. Lovely apartment
We stayed there with family of five and apartment was very clean and very well equipped. We slept well but if you are light sleeper aeroplane noise might be disruptive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, there were nice cafes and restaurants nearby and also grocery shop. Apartment building was very quiet and nice neighbourhood.

Very good location and has a secure parking garage
The apartment is very well located close to a subway station, a super market and restaurants. The hostess was flexible with the check-in and check-out and provided us all with necessary information about the apartment and gave us recommendations for restaurants. There is no need for a car, but if you have one, the garage in the building saved us time and frustration trying to find a parking spot on the street. Highly recommended.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is lovely and in a great location. Accessible to everything and everywhere with transit and Uber/Bolt. Maria and Ines are awesome and very helpful whenever we have questions. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Though not a big deal but it’s in the flight path and so you will hear some airplane noise once in a while. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend the apartment .

Very roomy with two bathrooms and two rooms. The host was kind enough to accommodate us with providing another bed so all five of us were able to sleep comfortably. Only disadvantage was it was a little bit away from the main city center but can take public transportation easily for that. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful Modern Apartment in Lisbon
We really enjoyed the comfort and amenities of this well-located Lisbon apartment. It is in a beautiful building, very close to the airport yet just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. This was our third visit to Portugal, and this time we had friends who had never been there. They were truly pleased with the four VRBO properties, but this one was the very best. A Continente grocery store was just a block away, and a taxi stand was convenient also. The apartment is air-conditioned and has all the necessities for either just relaxing or preparing a gourmet meal. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Stay Away From Lisbon Central
Check in was super-easy as the host met us when we arrived. She went over where everything was and what to do upon checkout. She also sent nearby recommended places to eat and told us about the Saints festival that had just started. The place was very quiet and we felt safe the whole time we were there. We walked around the neighborhood in the evenings. The place was very clean. Just a note about the shower in the guest bathroom...the door to the shower was a little snug but otherwise eveything was very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Short European vacation
Great accommodations. Apartment was very clean and spacious. It had all amenities a traveler could ask for being away from home. Grocery store very close and public transportation (metro, bus) within close walking distance. Hostess was gracious and always available. Mr. Brito, who checked us in, was very nice and informative. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have an experience of living in the city yet exploring it like a visitor.

Great apartment for a couple(s) or family of four.
The apartment is more than advertised. Communication with owner and support staff is top notch. The apartment is close to metro, railroad station to Sinatra and the airport is a short taxi ride to the airport and Oriente rail station for trains north and south of Lisbon. There are very small restaurants nearby but a good meal requires travel closer to the center of the tourist zone. Will definitely stay here again if possible.

Great roomy flat
Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to metro, park, restaurants and airport. You are in the flight path so you have aircraft coming and going often. But…would definitely stay again. Hosts were wonderful and when you closed automatic shutters and curtains it muted the sound. Easy check in/out. Would recommend!

Perfect Location with Helpful Manager
The apartment was located very close to the subway, and we were able to quickly get everywhere we needed to be. There is a small store nearby and several restaurants, you could not ask for a better location. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you would need. We stayed for 15 days and made extensive use of the washer/dryer and dishwasher. Maria was kind enough to provide us with a complimentary bottle of wine. The apartment is cleaned weekly by a housekeeper so if you are staying longer than a week it will get cleaned while you are there. The manager of the apartment, Mr Britto, was always accessible and responsive whenever we had a problem. In our case, we ran out of paper towels, and he immediately came to supply us with new paper towels, along with tissues and toilet paper in case that was also missing. The apartment was wonderful and I would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment; it was in a quieter area than the busier downtown areas of Lisbon which was a nice change of scene. The apartment has a beautiful interior. Cafes and a grocery store are quite close if you want to pick up groceries or have a coffee nearby. Transit was easy to figure out and about 20 minutes or so to get to the older city districts. Maria and her assistant were welcoming and we would stay here again if coming back, which we hopefully will!

Clean and convenient
Had an easy experience to check in, Maria and ines were understanding of our flight delays and offered us a free late check out so we could see more sights in lisbon. The apartment is clean, has an elevator and easy street parking available which makes it hassle free. Highly recommend
