This unit has a lot of the problems. There was no communication tell me that I will get the block box code after getting to the hotel even I asked about the procedure a few times via email. The sink is blocked. The bathroom door can’t be closed. The bathroom tissue paper is barely enough to last for four days. I could not find anyone in the receptionist to ask for help. This made me feel nervous when we first got to the hotel and just arrived and tried to figure out how to set the code for the blocked box, especially on my first trip to Lisbon.

Dear Vanessa, We were always in constant contact with you, the access codes were sent in advance by email at 12:00h (midday) on the day of your arrival, thus facilitating an early check in for free if you wished. The apartment has all the facilities and there is even a welcome letter with the most important information, such as our mobile number, which we always answer. During your stay we did not receive any type of complaint or show of displeasure because we would have done what was necessary to please you. The building also has 24-hour surveillance and cameras, there is no reason for any fragility. We are very sorry that you describe your stay in this way. Best Regards Finestay team
