The property is in a great location. It's close to many restaurants and shops and is in a very walkable area of the city. The next street over is a pedestrian street, but it was never noisy due to the soundproof windows in our room. It was very safe as you had to enter with your key from the street entrance. The room was nicely decorated and furnished and it had the most powerful rainfall shower of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The included breakfast was a typical buffet breakfast, but the food was always replenished and the breakfast area was very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I traveled solo and really enjoyed my stay at this property. I felt very safe in the area and in the hotel. Loved that there was breakfast available each morning. They were also able to coordinate a taxi ride from the airport upon my arrival but Uber is also very convenient and I ended up using that majority of my stay. Would stay here again!

The staff were excellent . Nothing was too much for them especially Fernando. Location was perfect, equable walkable to walk tourist attraction spots . So many lovely restaurants nearby. The only thing we would have loved is more options for breakfast .

Excellent hotel Room was spacious and very well laid out. My room on the 5th floor even had a balcony. Right in the middle of the historic district but on a side street so away from the crowds and noise. Walkable to explore the area and lots of transportation options. Good breakfast spread included in the rental. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel staff are amazing. Thiago( spelling mind be wrong) is amazing. He answered any question we had, give a some great tips Also other staff were great. They oranized taxi upon our arrival and for departure. Hotel is clean, rooms little small , clena, breakfast was great. Locatin is perfect walkable to metro, train station and other major attractions in Lisbon. we have a nice tay and would stay again.

The hotel was in a really convenient location, close to all the main attractions as well as to all forms public transport. The metro station was only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Really go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable. Loved the little note and chocolates in the room, the breakfast was really good and we really enjoyed 5 o’clock cake time (the mini pastel de natas were delicious). Thank you for making our stay feel like home!

The hotel was a real surprise considering our arrival point…essentially a small alleyway. But as soon as you enter the front doors, it is a great experience. Great customer service, breakfast was fantastic and the room was great and modern.

Excelente estadia
Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, perto da Praça do Comércio. Atendentes excelentes e prestativos. Fomos recebidos com um bilhete escrito a mão e um vinho do Porto de boas vindas! O dia todo fica disponível uma máquina de café com cápsulas Nespresso e pastéis de nata deliciosos. O pequeno almoço é farto e variado. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

I only stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. I immediately fell in love with Lisbon, but the stay at Ferraria made it easy. It was central, unassuming, affordable, central and clean. Staff were exceptional and made my short stay easy. Can’t wait to come back. The personal note and chocolate were so kind.

A lovely boutique hotel
The hotel is really well-located to get to the main areas of Lisbon and is positioned a minute from a metro station. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken on our floor during our stay (these things happen!), but the staff reacted quickly by providing us with some heaters for the duration. The breakfast is excellent and a lovely touch is the provided coffee and cake available in the afternoon. We thoroughly recommend a stay at Ferraria XVI hotel when you go to Lisbon.

Il personale si presenta cordiale ed efficiente sin dal check-in. La struttura è pulitissima non solo nelle stanze ma soprattutto nelle parti comuni. La saletta aperta H24 dove puoi gustare the, caffè e stuzzichini (tutto gratuito) è un servizio che aggiunge ancora altri motivi di soddisfazione. È eccezionale poter tornare la sera dopo aver camminato tanto e trovare un luogo ove rilassarti con bevande calde e stuzzichini. La posizione poi è invidiabile a pochi passi da tutte le maggiori attrazioni turistiche e alla metro con la quale in 35 minuti sei in aeroporto con un solo cambio di linea per altro molto agevole. Tutto perfetto grazie a tutto lo staff per il bel soggiorno che mi ha regalato. Consigliatissimo.

Great private terrace room with view but typically very small given it is an historic building conversion. Excellent bathroom. Basic breakfast but ok. I recommend the hotel, it’s unique.

This is a wonderful contemporary boutique hotel situated in the heart of downtown Lisbon, two minutes from Commerce Square. The facility is great and only has 26 rooms. The rooms are impeccably done with all of the amenities that you will need. They also have a fabulous breakfast that is available and there is something for everyone. This is really a property for discerning travelers, who want to special experience. The staff at the front desk, and at breakfast are incredibly nice, very helpful, and can provide recommendations on anything you want to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely be staying here again.
