« Piano cottage is as lovely as it looks in the photos! Very clean and finished to a high standard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. As it's located almost in the centre of the town it's a very short walk to the local shops and restaurants - very handy having the Co-op 2min walk away for anything you forgot to bring! Lots of places to visit around the town and a short drive away - can recommend the parkland on the edge of the town and the Bosworth Battlefield Visitor...

« The house itself is good, comfortable, and fairly reflects the listing, with ample space for a large house party. However, our otherwise enjoyable experience was let down by the lack of attention to detail, in terms of house-keeping and maintenance/repair. When paying a top-end price (about 7k for 4 nights) it was disappointing that several lights did not work (including bathroom lights, dining room main light, bathroom mirror light), the Aga never got up to cooking temperature even after 4 days...

« Very easy rental to find and check in to. Loved the private parking at the back. It is located perfectly for Market Harborough. It’s a new development with lots of building still going on in the housing development. So some early morning noise to be expected. Once all that is completed, it will be even better. « Stayed at Church Walk Farm for the weekend of my wedding with my family and it was fantastic. My mum and dad loved it as it suited their needs. My brother and his young family really enjoyed the games room/living room and the brilliant location of being next to the park. « The place is clearly a newly rennovated farm building, perhaps to the extent of being a re-build on an existing foot print. It looks like there might end up being around 8 rental properties on site. The kitchen is well laid out, and whilst there was pleny of stuff for the three of us, I think a few top-ups might be in order if this is really intended for 4-6 people. Hot water is through a tank, so limited in quantity - there was just enough for showers (in the small downstairs bathroom) but one...
