« As the hotel was clean the elevator wasn't working, the pool was out of order the shower in our room was broken and the coffee maker in our room was broken so we had to buy $11.00 coffee down stairs no breakfast in the lobby we had to buy expensive breakfast from the Starbucks in the lobby as the staff was very apologetic still was a terrible experience my mother inlaw had just gotten out the hospital had to climb steps »
