« We had a large group of friends and family who joined us for the eclipse. We stayed 3 nights and made good use of the kitchen, all the bedrooms, the playroom and the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and clean »

« Updated features made the stay quite enjoyable. Easy accessibility to the various amenities were extremely appreciated. I was able to spot 2 foxes for a brief moment. We also saw many tamed deer, that was a very pleasant surprise! We'll be back soon enough. Noisy residents driving around in their party golf carts were annoying, so be prepared for that. »

« The house location is stunning! The view was gorgeous along with the house. Very clean, well maintained and very easy communication throughout stay with local contact. Only disappointment was that the hot tub is not a normal hot tub, it's more like a jet tub that we had to fill on our own »

« We rented the house for a family UT graduation weekend. The entire house was very clean and well maintained (inside and outside). The kitchen/baths were very nice and the living/bedrooms very comfortable. The house was well labeled (cabinets, light switches etc.) and well stocked for use. The communication was quick and they were flexible with one of our request. We highly recommend and would use again. »

« great property to stay at. Just a couple things for you to look at. Maybe put slip proof slips on outside steps. When they are wet, 2 of our gals fell on them. I also tripped and fell over the carpet that sticks up in living room. Kitchen neefd some type of can opener. We had an overall good stay!. Just wouldn't want someone to get really hurt »

« Clean house, nice location, fun backyard. I found it a little inconvenient that there were only 6 bath towels in the whole house. If we were staying more than 2 nights it would have been very inconvenient. »

« This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!! »

« We LOVED our time in Lago Vista! The home was perfect for our group, there were 10 of us and we had plenty of space to stretch out. The pool was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed! Even with the water levels low in Lake Travis we were able to use the dock to tie off our 25ft boat. Lake was awesome, and we had a blast in the sunshine and Texas heat. Communication with the property manager was fabulous, she was so incredibly helpful and quick to reply and had solutions for us when we needed...

« This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce. »
