« We rented this property for a girls getaway ranging in age from 30’s to age 93.The main house is bright and open. It is furnished tastefully and immaculate throughout. The beds were very comfortable and every detail had been considered. The other two bedrooms were in cottages and were well furnished and private.The pool is really fun and we enjoyed having fresh eggs from the hens on the property.We would love to visit again soon. »

« We loved our stay at Petunia's Place. The house comfortably held our 3 generations. We loved the porches and decks and how seemlessly one could go from indoors to outdoors. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was well-equipped. The kids loved the hot tub, and we loved the proximity to Sunset beach. It was a wonderful place for our very special gathering. »

They provide books, games, puzzles, boxes of Kleenex everywhere, and even provided a carton of eggs in the refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stockedwith silverware, dishes, and food-prep utensils. « The house was charming and cleaning and cozy, the hosts were friendly and sweet and provided bagels and fruit and oatmeal for a nice breakfast. Dee is a fabulous artist, love her paintings that are hanging around the house. I'll have to come back again when I have more free time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area. »

« The farmhouse and property exceeded our expectations. We loved the setting and location. The primary bed was super comfortable and the living room had high quality furnishings to provide a comfortable stay. We ate dinner at Salt & Stone in Kenwood one of the nights and absolutely recommend. The location of the farmhouse is really ideal and convenient to so many places. Our host Caroline was wonderful to work with and communication and the guidebook were excellent. Thank you again! »
