« stayed there 8 days on multiple reservations as we were dealing with issues in our apartment and had an unpredictable schedule. Staff was great in making the check out and check in process smooth. Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. »

"Il s'agit de ma 2e visite à cet établissement, l'an dernier nous avions été satisfait pour l'ensemble de sorte que nous avons pris le même hotel. Cette anné, nous avons constater qu'il n'y avais pas de réfrigérateur ni de micro-onde. Cependant nous avons éprouvés des problèmes avec la douche. Nous avons communiquer avec l'administration et il nous ont dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire et n'ont rien offert en compensation"
