Will not return
First time staying at a VRBO that was also a hotel. The staff on property were amazing and saved the day. Everyone was pleasant & helpful, and the valets recognized us by name within a few days. Nice to have free (tipped) valet parking and unlike many Vegas hotels, the hallways are short and distance from the front door to the elevator was small, so easy with luggage or doing quick in and out. I will let my ratings of communication with the host and cleanliness/condition speak for themselves. The host was given feedback and didnât apologize, request more information, or reply at all, which was typical of her communication style. After a snafu at check-in, she did get the hotel to waive the cleaning fee but it was communicated as if it were a punishment to the hotel not a kindness for the inconvenience nor did she acknowledge she had any role in the situation (I doubt she recognizes she has any role). Will not return, a first time for this longtime VRBO customer.
