« One of my favorite hotels in Boone. The bed is comfortable. That is the most important thing for me - other than price. Boone overall is highly overpriced. You can stay in downtown Manhattan for less than a room cost in Boone. I was surprised that the hotel does not provide a free continental breakfast. A packaged danish like you buy in Costco or BJs, and a bottle of water costs seven dollars. But overall, the hotel is located convenient to the university and a few blocks from the best...

Two things not so great.1) No window at least in our room. 2) paying for parking in a gravel lot down behind hotel across a street. « Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in! »

« Everything was wonderful! Neat, clean, in a natural setting. Very close to hiking trails. Loved the tap room and gift shop along with the pickle ball, cornhole, and variety of family games available to play indoors or outdoors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The live music on the patio on Saturday evening added to our enjoyment of our stay. We definitely plan to return! »

« Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Cabin is small and perfect for two people. We stayed in the Nut House. The bathroom is very clean but very small. If you are much over 6 foot or 200lbs the shower is going to be a tight fit. Not an issue but something to consider. Overall it was a great cabin to stay in. »
