This is the nicest Courtyard I have ever visited. They have a friendly staff and wonderful food and beverages. The hotel is immaculate and has a wonderful outdoor porch.

There were several aspects of my stay that I truly enjoyed. The building is brand new, clean, and features a lovely modern look. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the thick towels, the comfortable bed, and the lighting and vent fan in the bathroom. I also liked the storage bench that slides under the table. Mountain View I had several concerns: - Room Features: The light over the desk was insufficient, and there was not enough light near the closet. The closet itself was very narrow, making it difficult to get my garment bag in and out. additional hang pegs for hanging clothes would have been helpful. - Lighting and Layout: The lamp on the table did not illuminate the work surface well and instead shone directly into my eyes while I was sitting in bed. I also found the walk from the elevator to my room to be quite long, at approximately 100 yards. - Accessibility: I was very disappointed with the handicap parking accessibility. There is no parking at the front of the building near the automatic door. The side entrances requires navigating uncovered walkways, stairs or heavy manual doors. The back handicap parking requires traveling halfway around the building to the entrance or reaching over a fence at the pool, which caused me to get wet when it rained. and opening a heavy, locked, manual door - Amenities: I was disappointed that at 6:45 am the only coffee available cost almosst $5 and only food was microwaveable frozen food.

What an absolutely amazing stay! We had booked with another property for a 4 day vacation, but only stayed one night due to a terrible experience. I looked for a hotel that first day, and was pleasantly surprised to find this jewel. My family and I were treated phenomenally well by a stellar staff. Many, many thanks to you all, and to Marriott for a wonderful stay!

Stayed on the top 4th floor and was very noisy - headboards were vibrating from the roof top mechanical fans for the air conditioners. help desk told me the next morning that they have that problem a lot and have to move people to other rooms. I told them that they should have offered that the night before so that we could have slept better . Beautiful new place and very clean. Just need to get some sound proofing on the 4th floor -

Reserved 4 nights to attend Scottish Highland games.After leaving elevator on 2nd floor along the corridor witnesses couple of house keeping carts left off by the walls loaded with dirty towels,sheets,sleeping pillows fell onto the dirty carpets.We were shocked because we might sleep on 1 of them later ,room, bathroom were dirty carpet was not vacuumed .Called the manager to learn why everything were in a mess Answer was disappointing, he was defending house keeping employee shortage, rooms can only be cleaned if we ask to for every day.How can you run a hotel with insufficient staff.But still charge the full price for the rooms.Expedia did not advertise about housekeeping in Marriott hotels but hotel still ask full price.Why should me everyday go to front desk to ask room to be cleaned, garbage can emptied,new towels given or for a new soap Came to belief Marriott hotels in financial trouble.Because very similar condition 4 days later in Chattanooga TN Fairfield inn Suites by Marriott,this time additional rude angry nervous front desk employee No house keeping every day too mushy smell in rooms,fitly corridors left off house keeping carts piled with dirty sheets pillows towels even close to front desk Those could not be a coincidence 2 Marriott 2 different state. This time we could not stand it despite our 3 days paid early in the morning left the hotel next day.No more Marriott hotels

Overall the hotel was great. Location was is perfect for visiting grandfather mountain. Room was very nice. Conveniently located next to a grocery store. I encountered one issue concerning breakfast as I was erroneously charged for an “included” breakfast. Thankfully Expedia is reimbursing me for those charges. At check in I was told I did not have the included breakfast with my room package. The next morning I was told by a different front desk person there would NOT be any charge, so we ate breakfast and checked out. A couple days later card hit for the breakfast charge.

Amazing hotel, very clean and comfortable, super modern and great decor! Loved our stay so much. We travel to this area a lot and it will be perfect for upcoming trips - especially in the winter time as they’re super close to the mountains, have ski lockers, an indoor pool, and great restaurant on site!!

The girl at front desk must have been new and having some difficulty getting us checked in. There should be extra people there to help in cases like this. People were lined up and waited quite a long amount of time. She was extrememly friendly and apologetic, but could have used some help I think.

Stayed four nights and did not get one good nights sleep. They control (override) the room temperature at night and would wake up hot at 1-2 every morning. I’m sure they save energy but it is not good for getting me to be a repeat customer.
