Our home is the perfect starting point for visiting Cinque Terre, as it is located not even 5 minutes away from the āLa Spezia Centraleā train station, where you can get on the trains for Riomaggiore and the other villages of Cinque Terre; it is also a few metres away from the city centre, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and everything else you might need.
āLa Casa di Elisaā is the upper of two apartments inside a villa built in the early 1900s, located in a safe and calm neighbourhood on the hills of La Spezia. The apartment is made up of two spacious bedrooms, with a view over the townās rooftops, living room with sofa-bed and TV, and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the back of the house there is a big terrace, furnished with table, chairs and a big beach umbrella, so that youāll be able to enjoy your summer meals outside.

> We also offer a private parking at a small additional fee (25ā¬/night) 4 minutes from your doorstep (NOT included in the price you pay on Airbnb), to be requested upon booking/well in advance. We'll try our best to guarantee one parking spot.
> The house is located halfway along a stairway; thus it might not be suitable for those with motor impairments.
