Aucune surprise. Aucun problème. Le personnel parfait, à la japonaise. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé en face de la gare.

Allez y les yeux fermés
Tout c’est bien passé, silencieux, Climatiseur efficace et peu bruyant. Le personnel nous a très bien accueilli. Et le lit king size c’était parfait.

N’accepte pas les cartes de crédit occidentales. A moins avoir prépayer la chambre, il faut payer en argent liquide. Pour un hôtel à haut taux d’occupation touristique, c’est une approche un peu déplaisante. Il n’est pas identifié clairement sur aucun site web ou même celui de l’hôtel que les cartes VISA non émise par une institution Japaponaise ne sont pas acceptées. Prévoir de l’argent liquide est une bonne chose si vous n’avez pas prépayé votre chambre.

hôtel situé immédiatement en face de la gare, donc très facile d'accès et commode. Excellents restaurants dans l'hôtel, excellent petit-déjeuner. Chambres claires et très vastes, mais literie extrêmement dure (j'ai dû demander un surmatelas). Taxis constamment disponibles devant l'hôtel. L'hôtel est cependant un peu impersonnel car il est immense et constamment envahi par des cars de touristes.

Solid choice for a hotel near Kyoto station. Area has lots of attractions nearby and is easily accessible to bus and metro. Many restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are small but very thoughtfully laid out.

Overall, our stay experience was good. Thanks. We needed to pay extra tax 200Yen per day/person, that is a lot, comparing to other hotels, some of them don't even charge the tax. One of our room is far away from the elevator.

This hotel was lovely and literally across the road from the train station. There were places to eat within walking distance, as well as lots of temples etc. The only downside was the breakfast ((mediterranean/American) - it had a very limited choice and was definitely not worth the £15 per person. There were 2 other restaurants to choose from which were also £15 per person, but we found a cafe/coffee shop right next door which served better coffee and much cheaper (approx £5).

The best hotel I’ve ever been to. Only problem was navigating through the station/mall to get to the hotel. Japan can be a bit of a maze.

This place was amazing. They upgraded our room with no extra charge. It is immediately across from Kyoto train station. You can definitely walk there with all your luggage with no concern. The amenities were very worth it. The staff were very polite. Make sure to check out our friends in Bar Lagoon in the basement restaurant. It’s a great place to end the evening with a cocktail. We would love to stay here again.

I really liked it! Super easy to get to the metro. Only thing I would mention is that the vegan/vegetarian options are extremely limited. Overall I would recommend staying here!

Very close to the Kyoto railwaystation. Negative: You have to self- check in with using an automate. Staff speaks very poor english. When we bought the breakfast, i tried to pay at the counter before entering to the breakfastroom. They instead said, pay at the desk when you are leaving the breakfast. Still the waitress came twice to disturbe us with the bill when i was eating (a croissant in my mouth) asking how i would like to pay when we leave. Not a nice experience.

Wow this place is amazing, very convenient for transportation and food , people from around here is so nice , but the people who work is this hotel they are amazing, we love the service very friendly and professional ,and the best part is you can send your luggage from the hotel to other locations, and the room are very comfortable and roomy(for Japan )I love Japan and love this place , highly recommended..

Big room size compared to japan standards. Lots of shopping mall around and kyoto station just across the road. Tons of resturants to choose from, but only after 11AM.

The hotel was well located. The decor was a bit dated, but clean. My only criticism is that the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a table!! So not altogether pleasant.
