The three-room apartment is located in a modern building with an elevator at ul. Św. Tomasza 34. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom: two 80x200 cm beds, 2nd bedroom: two 80x200 cm beds, 3rd bedroom: one 160x200 cm bed), a living room with a fold-out sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Guests have access to amenities such as towels, a hairdryer, an ironing board, and an iron. The apartment does not have air conditioning.
