« My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was nothing like the photos advertised online. It was dirty, the bed linens were stained, and there was mold/fungus visible in several areas. To make matters worse, I had two cockroaches running around the room during my stay. The air conditioning was another major issue. It was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep with it on, but turning it off wasn’t an option because the room became unbearably hot. "L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Hanoï, proche de la célèbre rail de train avec de nombreux commerces autour. Le petit déjeuné est très copieux, les lieux sont très propres. Thomas & son équipe ont fait preuve d'une hospitalité sans nom avec un accueil très chaleureux ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande à 100% si jamais vous êtes de passage sur la ville."

"Excellent hotel avec un service irréprochable et une gentillesse grandiose. Notre vol partait tard, le personnel de l'hôtel a proposé que nous prenions une douche, pour nous faire patienter ils nous ont offert des jus d'orange. L'hôtel est aussi très agréable. Aucune remarque négative, je recommande complètement. Nous avons eu un très bon séjour. Je le trouvais initialement un peu cher, mais je ne regrette pas du tout. En plus, il est vraiment bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon et varié et la piscine agréable Je me répète mais je recommande et on reviendra sûrement"

"The staff is very kind, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to the receptionists and doormen. The hotel is well located, and the breakfast offered has everything you could want. Despite a very good mattress, I slept very poorly. The soundproofing is terrible. I had room 205, located directly above the breakfast room and a few steps above the elevator. I could hear everything happening on the stairs and even the clatter of cutlery and plates at breakfast. The noise comes through a ventilation duct behind the television. Being on a low floor, you also hear a lot of street noise. These are the two main drawbacks, but they didn't prevent me from enjoying my stay.Thank you again."
