« 가격대비 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절한 숙박시설입니다. 개인 아파트 처럼 꾸며있어서 편안하고 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 출입할때 입구가 대로에 있지 않고 골목안에 있어서 찾기가 어려운 단점이 있었고, 비싼 호텔이 아닌 만큼 가격면에서 훌륭하였습니다. 다음에 하노이 간다면 또 이용을 할 것 같아요. 짐 보관도 해주고 편안하게 왔다갔다 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. »

« L’emplacement est très bien, on est proche de tout . La réception de l’hôtel est très sombre, pas accueillant et sent très fort est mauvaise. Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre est ok pour le prix »

« There were many things wrong with our room. From a provided hair dryer not working, to with the state of the room being mismatched and in some places, unfinished. The connected kitchen area to another room wasn’t comforting. There was loud banging on the room throughout the night. The miscommunication between staff members regarding early check out wasn’t ideal. The room overall was very mismatched and not inviting. »

« This is a "bait and switch" scam. The accomadation we were offered was nothing like what we booked. The host lied about it being the same as the photos but it wasn't even close. We did not stay and would highly recommend you look for an alternative with an honest host! »

« Enter through a garage to take elevator to third floor where you check in. When you first arrive there are signs stating this but this easily can be missed. Rooms are nice set up with a partition for privacy, kitchen is fully stocked with utensils »

« The unit is as pictured and spacious. Having a washer/dryer really helped our stay. Location is quiet but is close to major attractions. »

« Images of room and actual room didn’t look anything alike, it appeared spacious but was very small. Location was brilliant. Close to everything you would need, most within walking distance. No elevators so carrying the luggage was hellish and god forbid you get downstairs and realise you forgot something upstairs. « J’ai réserver pour 3 nuit, Je préviens à l’avance que je vais arriver tard, mais il y a écris réception 24/24 donc pas de soucis. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse de l’hôtel. Donc comme prévu, j’arrive aux alentours de 2h du matin. Nous avons dû sonner, et toquer afin que le réceptionniste se réveille car il dormais dans le hall de l’hôtel. Donc il cherche notre réservation, il était très fatigué, il ne trouve pas, il apelle quelqu’un qui ne décroche pas, il va réveiller quelqu’un d’autre. Au bout...
