« Whilst the room was clean, the hotel had a funny smell to it. Our room had an internal window which looked out to a wall. When I asked about upgrading to a room with a window. I was shown a room which overlooked a dark dirty alley. This room smelt too! The staff were polite and professional but I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. The area also was like “Benidorm on crack” during the weekends which was a shock when we arrived. 3 minutes after leaving our hotel my partner was offered weed,...
