« The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel feels just like coming home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Hanoi! »

« Hotel Rey was incredible! Ngoc was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with a late checkout which was most appreciated! »

« The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

« Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room. »
