« Guter Service »

« It is a suite, I like the room space. Everyone is extremely helpful I didn’t like, the hot water took a while to get hot, it does eventually get hot. No alcohol sold at the restaurant »

« Easy to access »

« Had to wait because room was not yet ready even after check-in time! Then room was full of mosquitoes and not properly cleaned because the windows stayed open. Had to be moved to a different room with less amenities for the stay. Lack of communication between staff as they change shifts so we had to pay twice for a late check-out. Could not work that day because of the back and forth. Still waiting for the refund of the double late checkout fee payment. »

« "Amazing stay! The place was spotless - cleanliness was top-notch. Host was super communicative and made sure we had everything. Felt like we were in the States with a fun Kenyan twist . Amenities were on point, had all we needed. Highly recommend! "Want me to tweak anything or is this good to go? »
