« The room was clean and tidy as expected and all the staff friendly. I returned to this place having stayed before. Location is perfect, it is just on the edge of the national park and close by the safari areas, ivory burning site and Uhuru gardens all are in walking distance. « The property was nice but the customer service was zero from the reception and they are of no help …it took forever to check in despite being tired and having a confirmed booking they claimed they couldnt find my booking and when i asked for a solution no direct answer was given the customer service is terrible. Instead of giving options i was made to wait close to an hour at the reception only to be given a room and then they changed it when i was settling in. »
