« We had to dismantle and unblock the shower head before having a shower and there was no hot water. But the staff were lovely and the breakfast was generous and we really enjoyed being able to have a hot drink in the evening for a very good price. It was good being near the town centre and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for any inconveniences. »

« The staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond to prepare a meal. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC units are is good condition..the drapes are beautiful and the area around the restaurant has beautiful flowers. There are also well trimmed bushes and private places where guests can enjoy meals with family. Breaksfast buffet is great and guests are able to order an omelet of thier choice which is prepared by the chef. I will definitely go back to this property. »

« Great family, my son played with all the kids. Not a commercial hotel so felt very immersed with the Nairobi culture, breakfast was served with flexible times, Serah helped me with tourisy info and calling for uber. I would recommend to family and friends especially if they have kids. The room was cozy, towels provided, breakfast was great! »

« Not want I had expect. Environment iwas not comfortable enough for a good nights stay, I expected. Staff didn't know my stay included breakfast so I had to wait for them to order for items to prepare it. This inconvenienced me. »
