We appreciate you taking time to leave feedback about your stay and apologize for the inconveniences faced during your stay.
We will be in contact with our Local Manager to make sure that future guests are notified about any construction that may be taking place during their stay.
Because we are in charge of renting out so many properties we often times will send broad emails to guests who have stayed with us before. This is so that guests who have stayed with us before can have the opportunity to look and stay in more homes with us.
We will be in contact with our local staff to see what can be done about the shower as we do not want guests to have to worry about a wet floor.
