« I booked this months in advance, booked for 7 people including 4 adults, 2 teens and a 4 year old. I sent a message the day before asking if they needed to verify ID, all I received back was generic check in information. When we got off the plane at 6 pm I had several messages saying that they needed to validate ID before check in and that they had been trying to reach me all day.
