« The location is so convenient to access volcanoes national. The check in process was easy. Unfortunately, we had 4 guests in our reservation and the property only had 2 towels. The beds are wildly uncomfortable and really this should be marketed as 2 adults and possibly kids the other beds are not for adults and all of them are very uncomfortable. »

This is a rustic cabin in the jungle. 4.5 miles off the main road, 2.2 miles of it is dirt (well maintained, regular cars not a problem). 15 minute drive to nearest civilization (the part of the description being in the middle of a historic town is inaccurate - it's 7 miles outside a historic town). « I stayed for 5 nights and can't say enough about Jill and her amazing tropical garden and property! The studio really is roomy and there is a perfect covered lanai to sit and relax by her largest pond filled with blooming flowers. Manini beach (yes just minutes to walk to) has incredible snorkeling and lovely views of the bay and a community garden for the locals. Captain Cook area truly is a jewel and I can't wait to come back! »
