« I have nothing but good reviews for this condo. It was clean, and comfy. Beds were very comfortable. The view was great! Every morning we enjoyed our coffee outside watching the sunrise. We did notice the master bathroom shower was not upgraded like the other bathrooms shower but it was still clean and taken care of. Being in Hawaii, you are not inside much but I still looked forward to the comfort of this place at the end of the day! »

« This condo is so spacious and well equipped with everything you need excellent ocean views! Very clean and the grounds of tge complex are beautiful! Owners communicate well too will stay here in the future! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend. »

« We really enjoyed the condo and the grounds at the club. The location was quiet and away from the hustle of Kona but close enough to amenities and activities. One thing we weren’t expecting was the lack of air conditioning in the unit. For the most part it was no issue as there were lots of fans and a beautiful breeze, but it did get quite humid. The condo is also showing its age quite a bit with rickety screens and doors. We loved it though and lived out on the lanai. We’d happily go back. »

« This has been one of the best properties I have stayed at! The location was convenient. The place was well furnished and all the things available made it feel like we were home, they made our trip so much better. We had access to beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs and boards. Also the kitchen was outfitted perfectly. We ate most of our meals at the condo, and I felt like I had everything I needed. We I’ll love to stay here again! »

« Everything about the accommodations, location, etc. was excellent and we would return in the future. Other guest reviews mentioned that climbing the stairs to the third floor was a bit taxing, especially carrying luggage, groceries, etc. Having our backpacks with us made it a bit easier for the latter. There's a total of 28 steps to climb. Be sure you can handle that 2 or 3 times a day. We experienced some confusion checking in after dark. As in the past our GPS software could not figure out the...

« The views from the deck were incredible! The condo was very clean and organized. The beds were comfortable too! It was a perfect place for two couples as both primary rooms have their own bathrooms. There is a shopping center nearby that you can walk to for groceries, restaurants and coffee. The entire condo complex is well maintained and beautiful. We look forward to staying here again! »
